Hello Friends! Here we are, half way through the month and I'm just getting to sharing the past month with you ! We had some fun evenings of sitting around the fire with family and friends. Soybean harvest was underwhelming. The dry season came just at the right time and resulted in very low yields. We did get some rain and the pastures bounced back and started looking good again. Speaking of pastures, we also had our final fencing project for our EQIP Grant done. It was around 7 acres. It feels so good to have all those projects completed. Last weekends, we moved the cows and calves into the winter pasture. It was a bit of adventure moving them because a couple calves didn't follow the moms. We got them in and everyone seems to be doing well. Website Updates I recently added a few posts to the website. I have a goal to get 30 posts in the next six months! We will try to have all that information for you guys in the next month. We have had a lot of heifers born in the last two seasons. So we will have to purchase calves to finish for the next few seasons. All of that plays into how many we can finish in each season and the cost. We will be having a few Black Friday Sales that will start in 11/28. Stay tuned for more info :) Young Living News Tomorrow (11/17) starts the Black Friday sales.
