Hey Friends! Happy June 1st! I hope you all had a good May. May was eventful on the farm. We split the cows from the young stock and let them each out to the summer pastures. Everyone is looking great. Milkshake, this momma, had a heifer calf on 5/30. The grass is so tall all you can see is her small white star in her forehead. The weather was so cool that I waited to plant the main garden. It's about finished now, just a few more spots to fill in until I'm ready to do a second succession. The cooler weather was great for our cool weather crops in the hoop house. Now onto some news.....Today Young Living launched it's summer products and they are soooo good! My favorite is the the new blends that are perfect for summer. You will not miss the candles one bit with these. The waterless, cordless diffuser is the cutest one I have seen so far! We love our wanderful Diffuser in the car, on vacation or in our basement (I don't have to worry about water spilled on the carpet 😉). The other fun new product is the Zyng summer flavor. If you know anyone that is on an energy drink kick, send them some of these. They will love them and you will know their health isn't being compromised. Hello Friends, August has been a pretty wet one around here. In the last 8 days we have had over 5 inches of rain, with 1.7 inches last night. As I write this I'm watching it rain again. We have been busy with bottle calves (that story is in the newsletter below), along with helping some neighbors with their chores. Hello Friends, Happy 4th of July 🎇 I hope you are all having a wonderful weekend celebrating our countries 250th Independence Day. Bo has been busily baling hay and is almost finished.
