Hello Friends! Another month is here and I'm not sure where the last one went . August we welcomed (Dippin') Dot and Caramel to the herd. They are doing so well and we just love watching them play. This makes 3 heifers and 0 bull calves so far, with 3 more to calve in the coming weeks. Hello Friends 👋 The kids and I just finished up VBS week. It started out HOT 🥵 and then the last few days it was much cooler, in the 70s! While we were enjoying the cooler weather over the weekend we saw sooo many Monarch butterflies. We even found a caterpillar on the milkweed in the patch by our house. That reminded me of the Butterfly Course I made two years ago. It's part one of the BFF Jr. Garden School . I had planned to finish the rest of the courses that summer , but it didn't happen....

Hello Friends, So June is off to a very wet start. Last Thursday evening the sky opened up and those giant raindrops quickly filled any hole on the road. Poor Bo was planting in an open tractor when it started. He called me to come get him, so the kids and I piled into the car and hustled down the road to where he had been planting.
